The Icelandic Association of Epidemiology and Biostatistics welcomes you to the NordicEpi Reykjavik 2022, the 10th Nordic conference on epidemiology and register-based research. While special theme of conference this year will be lessons learned from the Covid-19 pandemic, we will also cover a broad spectrum of epidemiological research and topics including issues in research methodology, biostatistics, epidemiology of various exposures and health outcomes, health inequalities, and health service research.
The linked population-based health registers from the Nordic countries provide a unique opportunity to study various exposures and health outcomes, socio-demographic factors, health service use and population dynamics.
The Icelandic Association of Epidemiology and Biostatistics in association with the Centre of Public Health Sciences at the University of Iceland is organizing the conference this year. The Centre is a vibrant community of academics, research specialists and young scientists, working on a diverse portfolio of population-based research.
