DES Winter Meeting 2025

The DES Winter Meeting 2025 will take place on 3 December at Comwell Odense.
The program includes a session on causal inference with confirmed speakers Sonja Swanson (University of Pittsburgh, USA) and Long Nguyen (University of Copenhagen). Another session will focus on target trials, featuring Xabier Garcia de Albeniz (RTI Health Solutions), Mads Gamborg and Katrine Grell (The Danish Cancer Society). The 2025 General Assembly will also be held during the meeting.

DES/DSTS Event – Methods in Vaccine Research

A joint event hosted by DES together with the Danish Statistical Society (DSTS) will take place on 4 December at Comwell Odense. The event will feature a debate on methods in vaccine research with Christine Stabell Benn (University of Southern Denmark) and Henrik Støvring (Aarhus University). The event is free of charge for students (Bachelor’s and Master’s level), who may also apply for travel reimbursement.
